Online XUYONI orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Every order will take 2-3 business days to be verified and shipped.


Other Locations in the United States:

  • Standard and express shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be delayed.
  • Only express shipping is available for all U.S. territories. The estimated days and free standard shipping on orders of 2 or more will not be applied.
  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO is not available at this time.



International Shipping

Express Shipping 5-10 business days, shipping cost calculated at checkout


All international orders placed are dispatched from South Korea via EMS, DHL, or UPS. We ship to most international countries, however, depending on international shipping conditions, there may be some countries we may not be able to ship to. If this issue occurs, we will contact you via email provided at checkout.


Customs and VAT :

  • When your item arrives, your country might charge you customs or VAT(or both) corresponding the clearance of international customs.
  • It depends on the customs law and the consumption tax law of your country.
  • Please contact your local customs for further information.
  • XUYONI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential loss, caused by any inappropriate international shipping practice.



Common Information on Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.


If there’s any delay in your shipment, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know right away via email. If your order includes backordered items, your in-stock item(s) will be held until all items become available. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to amend the order.


XUYONI is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that XUYONI is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
