Organic Jin Xuan Taiwan Tea
Type
Description
Experience the essence of Taiwanese tea, crafted over 40 years of hard work.
Grown throughout Taiwan at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,600 meters above sea level, Jin Xuan Tea, acclaimed both locally and internationally, was developed by the so-called “father of Taiwanese tea,” Wu Zhenduo, who named it after his grandmother.
Jin Xuan has a rich flavor even when served cold. When brewed cold, less caffeine is extracted, making it easier on the stomach, and more beneficial substances in the tea leaves including proteins remain so you can experience the rich nutrition while quenching your thirst.
Tasting Note
Milky, subtle floral flavor
The steeping time is important for a good tea.
Tea steeped for too short a time can be too weak in flavor, whereas the bitter or astringent taste may interfere with the full flavor and aroma from coming out if steeped too long.
*It's best to steep the tea clear first and darken it later; if you steep it strong first and then lighten it, you'll quickly lose the flavor.
How to Drink
