Rupani is cone incense made from juniper trees that have survived the strong winds of Ulleung Island. It is each carefully hand-shaped then placed in a mold for firming.
Rupani is made in extremely-limited quantities using juniper trees grown in the harshest natural environment, making it even more precious.
Intense juniper and sea breeze
The fragrance of Ulleung Island’s lush forests and blue ocean is captured in this incense, made in the form of a cone. It features an intense aroma of “stone incense” and a short burn time. Enjoy the lovely movement of the fragrance by using either Vishva Incense Jar or Vishva Backflow Burner.
Prepare the space by closing the windows or doors to fully enjoy the fragrance. Then light the incense in a suitable location.
Unlike the incense stick, an incense cone has a powerful scent, so be sure to ventilate the room after burning the incense.
Burning time: 15 minutes or so

Tip: In humid weather or during a rainy season, natural cone incense soaks up moisture. In this case, you can heat up the incense in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before burning it to enjoy the true aroma of Ulleung “stone incense.” No glue is used, so please handle it carefully as it may crumble.
